Sunspots Announces First National Vacation Rental Brand.

After five years of methodically building a comprehensive vacation rental management service, Sunspot Inns, Resorts & Vacation Rentals of Seattle Washington, today announced it has begun a plan to grow its business through out the world.

"I know it sounds ambitious but we've set out to build the first U.S. and worldwide Vacation Rental brand," Said William May President of Sunspots. "The consumer sees lots of pseudo brands that are really nothing more than websites with thousands of properties having no common quality, customer service, sales office or marketing."

"We've decided to build a highly controlled and tightly integrated network of brokers and managers to offer vacation rentals in virtually all markets big and small," said Paul Allen, Vice President of development. The Sunspots Network is a new kind of organization in the fast growing Vacation Rental lodging industry. The company is not just a software service, or advertising vehicle. Instead, it is a contractually bound network where each office is individually owned and managed. The company can promise consistency and quality because a lion's share of services are centralized to insure fast response, accurate information and a guaranteed stay for guests.

500 OFFICES IN FIVE YEARS: Currently the company operates in three states, but aims to have 100 offices within the next 100 weeks, and 500 within five years. For other managers, Sunspots has a Team-Up program to help them sell more dates without risk or expense.
